If you are not fully satisfied with the item(s) you have received, you may return the item(s) to us within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in original condition with tags intact. We are afraid that shipping costs are not refundable.

Once your items are returned, you will be entitled to receive a refund. For item(s) returned after this time, we reserve the right to return the item(s) to you.

We are not able to refund items that appear to have been worn, washed, are not in original condition. Every aspect of the garment must be free from signs of wear and odour.


How to return


Our returns policy is 14 days from the date you receive the order. 

Please allow up to 48 hours for the process to be completed within our returns department from the date of delivery, you will be emailed once refunded. 

All returns are to be processed via our returns portal which can be accessed from the below link.

2. To start the process, enter your order number and either postcode/email to bring up your order details for the step by step return process to begin. 
3. The charge to return back to Blush Boutique Essex in the UK is £3.50 via the carrier options provided. This return can be made with Royal mail and this amount shall be deducted from your refund.
4. Follow the steps to get your QR code via email, then simply take this and your packaged return to the selected drop off point. The QR code provided will then be scanned and a returns label will be printed for you. You can also opt to print the label yourself.
Please repack the item as securely as possible including the invoice/returns form inside, if you need a new one please contact customer support at advise not to combine multiple parcels in one return package as this can affect the return process - each return will need to be logged on the portal as individual orders.


If you receive your item and are not happy with it in any way please feel free to return it to us within 14 days for a full refund. We are afraid that shipping costs are non refundable. 

Unless an item is faulty we are afraid that any returns cost is non refundable for faulty items please contact us and we can provide details of options available.
