FAQ

When your successful order has been placed a confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address given when the order was placed. 

Once your order has been placed unfortunately we will not be able to make any changes to the item / sizes on the order.

Due to demand, at times our item can sell out very quickly. In some cases due to such high demand an item you have ordered may suddenly become unavailable. We do apologise should this happen and the cases are rare. If an item in your order sells out, we will contact you as soon as possible to confirm the cancellation of your order.

If your order contains additional items, we will dispatch the rest of your order and refund the out of stock item.

You can track your parcel using the tracking number provided in your dispatch confirmation email.

Unfortunately, we are not able to offer exchanges on returns. We do advise that should you need a new size / colour that a new order is placed.

We do apologise if you have received an incorrect or faulty item. We ask that you please send us a message via the contact us page and we will assist in getting the issue sorted as soon as possible.

If a faulty item has been received you will need to contact our customer care team with 7 days.
